Each Caravan is unique because of the people who join it.

Yes, it’s possible if you tell us about it 2 weeks in advance.

If you want to return the payment 1 month before the Caravan, we return 100% of the prepayment and give you an opportunity to use the prepayment for another retreat later. If you want to return the prepayment 2−4 weeks before the Caravan, you get a 50% return or you can use it for another retreat later. If it happens less than 2 weeks before the Caravan, we don’t return the prepayment because we can’t find another new participant.

Yes, our schedule is designed with full time remote workers in mind. Our common meetings happen in the mornings and evenings, and everything in between (from 10 am to 5−6 pm) is your time to get things done.

It’s possible, but it’s important to remember that Caravansary is not designed as a vacation. It’s an immersive, collaborative experience that helps you work on your goals while socializing with other remote workers. However, If you're currently studying online, are actively searching for a new job or are in a big transition in your life, or simply a photographer that has just started on creating a personal blog - that counts as a 'project' and you are more than welcome to join Caravansary Network.

Caravansary has a program and the idea is that the whole group arrives and leaves the house according to the schedule. This allows us to create an amazing group dynamic that we cherish. So the experience itself always takes two weeks. However you are more than welcome to book two Caravans in a row in a case when we have it scheduled. If you’d like to do so please mention it to our manager on the call or check with one of the facilitators during Caravan.

Yes, but they will need to apply separately and join a call with one of our team members as well (just like you).

Yes, we understand that hosting a getaway for remote workers amid a worldwide pandemic is not a stroll in the park. However, we’ve already hosted 50+ Caravans in 7 countries since July 2020 and are taking all the necessary precautions to make your trip as safe as possible.
